In order to power your house when the utility grid is down, you must have a battery storage system installed. • All of our customers are granted access to an online portal to monitor their personal energy production. You can see what your system has produced for the year, month, week, and also throughout the day. (Please keep in mind that the portal will be about 2-4 hours behind on its data.) Our battery customers are able to monitor how charged their battery is, as well as their self-consumption.

  • Yes you can! Dust and dirt from normal conditions will not greatly affect the efficiency of your solar panels, however, we understand you may wish to clean them off. We recommend simply hosing off your panels with water or using a pressure washer. Avoid wiping or squeegeeing, as this could scratch and damage the delicate surface of the panel. If you find it necessary to wipe it, it would be best to use soap as well to ensure that any small debris that might scratch the panel is washed off before doing so. The best way to avoid damage to your solar panels while cleaning is to seek out a professional.

  • It varies! Our team will coordinate to design a custom system just for you. The length of the project will be determined by the scale and scope of work. The chart below illustrates this process.
