A lifelong resident of the Bay Area, George possesses an intimate understanding of our community's distinctive energy requirements and challenges. George takes a hands-on approach, engaging directly with homeowners while also overseeing project operations to guarantee utmost customer satisfaction.

Outside of work, he finds joy in spending quality time with his granddaughters and enjoying movie nights with his family.

Mackenzie serves as the initial point of contact for our company, making her a crucial figure in our operations. As the Office Manager, she takes on a multitude of roles and is an indispensable asset to our team. Mackenzie's responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including managing customer inquiries, handling permitting, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communications, among many others.

Outside of her work, Mackenzie is an avid cat lover. Her passions include reading, crafting, and tuning into crime shows during her free time.

With over a decade of experience in office administration and customer support, Alexia leverages her diverse background to enhance our customer service. In addition to overseeing the company's online presence, she provides invaluable support to Mackenzie in day-to-day operations when required.

As a mother of two and a dedicated homemaker, Alexia finds pleasure in experimenting with new recipes and indulging in binge-watching sessions of "The Office" during her leisure hours.
